Motor Insurance
Car insurance can pay out if your car is stolen, vandalized, catches on fire or if you are involved in an accident. It also protects you against any damages you cause to the public, their property or other road users.
You may only claim on your policy when an accident is your fault. If another driver is at fault, his or her insurance should pay instead.
Who Regulates Motor Insurance Claim?
The Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulates how these firms behave, as well as, more broadly, the integrity of the UK’s financial markets.
